Neuroscience, Resilience, and the Art of Holistic Healing.

Clare is a catalyst for transformation, seamlessly blending the rigor of modern neuroscience with the timeless wisdom of ancient yogic practices. Rooted in somatic work, her approach begins with the body as the foundation for healing, helping clients listen inward, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves as whole beings rather than a collection of separate parts. Through mindful movement, meditation, pranayama, and subtle energy modalities, she supports anxiety and stress reduction, helps clients soften patterns of chronic pain, and guides them toward greater body alignment, resilience, and inner calm.

CLARE

Born into Indian immigrant parents, Ranjini grew up with Yoga woven into daily life rather than treated as a practice reserved for the mat.  She holds a Master of Science in Yoga Philosophy and Therapy. Grounding her teachings in tradition as much as lived experience Ranjini will lead us through the teachings and traditions of Navratri to unleash the Goddess and Feminine Divine within us all. She is the owner of Ekaanta Yogalaya.

Devon

Devon has been on her yoga journey since 2011, discovering through the years that yoga is far more than just the physical movement, but a gateway to discovering one's truest self. In 2024 during a transitional period of her life, she felt a calling to help others reconnect at their core emotionally, spiritually and physically. Devon is a 200HR-RYT and is currently in training to complete her 300 by the end of the year. She is apprenticing under Clare in classes, workshops and retreats as she continues her Yogic path.Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, or simply a place to begin again, Devon invites you to show up on your mat exactly as you are. Her goal is to create a fun environment that offers space for both curiosity and growth (on and off the mat) and encourages students to explore their bodies, embrace challenges and feel empowered in their personal yoga journey.

As deep Ayurvedic practitioners, Clare (pitta) leads a team (vatta) that thrives in the Autumn (Kapha) season. Together, they are an energetically balanced to guide, support, and empower you to reclaim agency over your nervous system.

Drawing from the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, they blend the clarity and determination of pitta with the creativity and lightness of vata, harmonizing their approach to suit the shifting energies of the Kapha autumn season.

Their compassionate practice centers on individualized care - honoring your unique constitution and offering tools, rituals, and nourishment to help you find calm, resilience, and deep-rooted vitality through the changing seasons.

With Clare and her team by your side, you are invited into a restorative space where transformation and self-mastery become not only possible but deeply sustainable.
