Clare Carroll

ERYT-500, YACEP, NBHWC, PhM

For more than three decades, I’ve dedicated myself to studying, researching, and practicing across the full spectrum of health and wellness. With a foundation in neuroscience and advanced yogic practice. I’m grateful to be recognized as a leader in holistic medicine, guiding transformative sessions, retreats, and workshops.

I hold an RYT-500, National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching, and advanced training in Yoga Therapy for Chronic Pain, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga Anatomy & Alignment, Neurosomatics, and more. I bring this wealth of expertise to every session, using intelligent sequencing, philosophical themes, and inspiring playlists to create a nurturing space for lasting transformation.

As a facilitator, I strive to create inclusive, inspiring environments for both international and local groups. My approach is rooted in compassion, clarity, and a commitment to personal growth. I want everyone I work with to feel empowered to step confidently into their own transformative journeys. Bringing people together and fostering genuine connection and motivation is at the heart of every yoga class, coaching session, retreat, and workshop I lead.

Personally, I have a deep, enduring connection to Austria not only as the home of my husband and children, but as a haven for healing the mind and body. After enduring three failed hip replacement surgeries and being told I would never walk without crutches, the Austrian Alps became my sanctuary of renewal. The healing powers of this majestic region are undeniable: the mineral-rich spa waters soothe aching joints and restore vitality, while the pure glacier waters invigorate and cleanse every cell with their crystalline clarity. Breathing in the crisp mountain air during deep breathwork sessions feels like inhaling life itself—oxygen-rich and soul-cleansing, it awakens strength I thought was lost forever. In this alpine haven, nature’s therapy transcends medicine, proving that resilience can flourish where serenity and raw beauty converge. I am a true testament to the healing powers of the Tyrolean Alps.

Step into the majestic mountains with me, reconnect with nature, and discover the Healing Powers of YOGA and the TYROLEAN ALPS.

Leonie Brückner

500h YT, B.Sc. Applied Health Science, Certified Life Coach, Mystic & Priestess of Light

I did not arrive on this path through ambition or strategy, but through listening. Through movement. Through deep inner remembering.

My journey has always been one of crossing worlds: Science and spirit, body and consciousness, structure and surrender. I am a 500-hour certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Sciences. My background in health science gave me a deep understanding of the human body, nervous system, and physiology.

Yoga entered my life not as a concept, but as a return. A return to the body as a sacred vessel. A return to breath, presence, and inner truth. Over the years, my practice evolved beyond the physical into a deeply embodied, somatic, and energetic path - weaving together yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, subtle body work, and non-dual tantric consciousness.

I have walked this path across sacred lands and communities around the world. Through retreats, pilgrimages, and long periods of travel and devotion - Cape Town, Hawaii, New York, Europe, and ancient sites have shaped my work, not as destinations, but as teachers. Nature, land, and the body itself are central to how I guide and hold space.

Today, I work in service of the Goddess as a healer, holistic soul mentor, retreat facilitator, and trainer/ educator of the sacred ancient practices, devoted to creating spaces where people can soften out of survival, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and remember the intelligence of their own bodies.

Bringing my work to Austria feels deeply aligned. The mountains hold a frequency of stillness, grounding, and truth that mirrors the inner work we do together. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, to be held by the land, and to come home - not to a version of yourself you need to become, but to who you already are.
